Cancellation and Refund Policy


eSIMBookingBye believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• There will be a cancellation of eSIM & Virtual Number only if the request for it is made within the same day of placing the order and the eSIM and Virtual Number is not used.


• However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the eSIM QR Code is downloaded and activated on the device or if the Virtual Number (DID) is used or if the Physical eSIM is Dispatched to correct address and if it Physical SIM card is working fine.


• Shipping or return shipping costs for Physical eSIMs are not refundable.


• Refunds can be requested within 30 days if the activation issues are not resolved by collaborative trouble shooting. A prompt collaboration with the customer is required for refund consideration. No refunds for remaining data or Virtual Number Minutes or SMS post validity period.


• To request a refund for your non-working or DOA  eSIMBookingBye Physical esim card, please follow our easy return process below. First, get an RMA number since returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. 

Ship the eSIM card(s) back to a  ByeBye global operational address. Please note that you will need to pay the shipping costs, and shipping or return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure that the eSIM card(s) is well packaged to prevent from being damaged during shipment. A damaged or excessive used card may result in a refused refund. If shipping from outside the Iraq, make sure to mark it as "Return with no customs value (zero)" for zero extra fees and to ensure the return goes as smoothly as possible. • Fraudulent Purchases: Refunds may be declined by eSIMBookingBye in cases of abuse, Terms and Conditions violation or fraudulent activity.


• Unauthorized Purchases: Investigated cases need approval before refund processing; eSIMBookingBye can suspend accounts tied to fraud


• For all Cancellation and refunds, a fee will be charged.


• In case you feel that the eSIM received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision


• Refund to the original method: Refunds, once approved and issued, may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on a statement. Time will vary depending on the bank.
